Surprise We Have Openings!!!

I've got some great news for those of you looking for a Girl Scout Troop to join. We have openings for Brownies 3 grade, Juniors 4-5 grade, Cadettes 6-8 grade, Seniors 9-10 grade and Ambassadors 11-12 grade. So, if you wish to join the coolest Girl Scout Troop in Pinellas county here is your chance.

Call or e-mail as soon as possible we don't ever have openings for very long. We are a very large multi level Troop with very active Girl Scouts and fun leaders. We go camping multiple times a year, but never in cabins. So come check us out you will never want to leave.

Cadets (6-8 grade)- 6 openings
Seniors (9-10 grade)- 5 openings

The Girl Scout program can change the way girls see the world and their place in it. Girls learn the importance of personal responsibility, the value of goal-setting, the spirit of teamwork, and the thrill of accomplishment. The program is based on the Girl Scout Promise and Law and the three keys to leadership:

• Discover: Girls understand themselves and their values
and use their knowledge and skills to explore the world.

         • Connect: Girls care about, inspire, and team with others
            locally and globally.

         • Take Action: Girls act to make the world a better place.

In Girl Scouts, girls discover, connect and take action as they develop life skills for success in the real world. Through a myriad of enriching experiences, Girl Scouting develops leaders and community trustees.

Troop 222 The Beginning

Girl Scout Troop 222 was formed in February 2009 by a mom who had girls that wanted to be Girl Scouts, but had no troop to join in their area.

We were originally Daisies and Brownies, but in August of 2009 as little sisters joined and the girls already there got older and ready to move up to the next level, we added Juniors.

Now as we still continue to grow we reach for the next level as our girls start middle school. It is August of 2011 and we our starting our own Cadets.

Wow it never seems to stop but that's fine. So as the adventure continues here it is August of 2014 and now we are offically serving our older girls as they enter High School. We call them Seniors and remember back when they started as Daisies. It just wasn't that long ago. Last but not least in August of 2016 we're now officially serving Ambassadors.

We are now a multi level service Troop for most grades of Elementary, Middle and High School grade girls.
